This workout is great to tone your legs/thighs and also tone up the booty. Great for beginners or if you can’t be bothered going into the gym. You can add some weights to make it a bit more challenging if you have access to some dumbbells or kettlebells! It’s always good to add a bit of weight if bodyweight exercises don’t challenge you anymore.
